Ticket Design is a product design and innovation consultancy in Pune, and we are looking for an Accounts Lead to run the accounts and compliance function of our studio. You will own the daily accounting cycle (payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and ledger), prepare monthly financial statements and MIS, keep GST, TDS, professional tax and income tax filings on time, support budgeting and cash flow planning, and work closely with our auditors, CA and vendors. You will also stay in touch with client teams on payment follow ups, so clear English and a friendly, confident manner matter. We work on Zoho Books, so hands-on experience there is a big plus and quick learners are welcome.
A BCom, MCom and strong working knowledge of accounting standards and statutory rules are expected. You will work directly with the leadership team and shape how our accounts process runs. Pune | Full time / Part time | 2 to 4 years of experience

If you enjoy keeping numbers tidy and deadlines met, come and grow with our accounts team. You will handle invoicing and billing, vendor bill processing, day to day entries, bank reconciliation support and the working papers behind our GST and TDS filings. You will keep documents organised, follow up on payments politely and make sure our records are always audit ready. Experience with Zoho Books or Tally and good Excel skills will help you start strong, and we are happy to train the right person on our systems. A BCom or equivalent degree is preferred.

We are looking for  a creative and curious industrial designer with a good understanding of form, ergonomics and user needs. You will be involved in conceptualizing new products across consumer, medical, electronics and appliance categories in our multidisciplinary team. You should be confident in sketching and comfortable taking concepts through CAD and visualisation. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes will be a big advantage. We are looking for an experienced creative and visually sensitive designer with a good understanding form, color and typography. You will be involved in conceptualizing new brands as well as packaging design in our multidisciplinary team. Knowledge about design for print will be a big advantage.
