Her strength is in seeing through the complexity of a brief to what the product actually needs to be — and then making sure the team builds it that way.

Bala co-founded Ticket Design and leads design strategy and business development. An NID Ahmedabad graduate in industrial design, he has spent over two decades working with Indian and global companies on products that need to compete in demanding markets. He is a past President of the Association of Designers of India and has served as jury member and advisor to design institutes across the country. His view of design is straightforward: it works when it performs in the hands of the person it was made for.
