Asia Star Awards, are presented by the Asian Packaging Federation (APF), a non-profit organisation established in Tokyo, Japan, in 1967, uniting the packaging interests of all trade and industries in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond, under one co-operative umbrella.The Award categories are Consumer, Transport, Eco-Friendly (Sustainable design), Point of Purchase (POP), and packaging material and components. Ticket Design received the 2017 award for BASF Crop Care Products, tamper resistant innovation.  This product received the Presidential Award as the product that received maximum score of all entries from Asia in the competition.
